Starting over again... whawha wahhh.
Started P90X with a group of friends. It's been a long road to this point but I finally like where I am and who I am, and am ready and happy to start taking care of myself diet/weight wise.
My dad just got approved for a gastric bypass and I'm just watching him spiral down with his weight problem. I want to catch it before I get that bad. I think that may have been my motivation as well.
