I went overboard yesterday with snacks and things because we went on a church trip to PA. Soooo . . . how in God's name did I end up losing weight?! I bet I'm going to see another low number tomorrow morning again because I usually consume less than 1500 calories on Sundays. Jeez. I need to eat some ice cream or something.
