It's been crazy, but don't want to lose the habit. Been eating some delicious low fat veggie chili I made a couple of days ago. Unless I make more tonight, that's gone. Work has been nuts, including weekends, so I've been eating a little less for those days I haven't managed to even get up from my chair for hours at a time.

Weather has cooled down into the lower 70s during the day and it's dryer so it feels cooler. I need to start scheduling my swims for daylight so I don't lose momentum. I don't mind the coolness, but cold wind sucks all the heat out of you. I do love walking the dogs at night like this. This is one of my favorite times of the year. I realized I haven't been taking pics of my food lately. App issues, time issues, will pick that back up eventually. I need to log the scale at 159.5 unless I drop it tonight.
