I don't get it?? I have been drinking and eating what ever I want and now I lose weight??
maybe before my body was storing it b/c I didn't have enough fat intake??
still...my diet has been shitty lately! I need to eat better
111.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
