I’m here! Eating intuitively helped get me to my goal! Overeating got me obese. You really have to quiet the noise to listen to your body.

Not possible for me. My intuition wants me at 250 pounds. Maybe it would be ok if I were a stong man. :P I could do it but I like knowing exactly what to expect. Small deficits or small surpluses, not logging would have me playing the guessing game. Did I eat enough to gain or enough to lose? Good goal for most people though. Not for bodybuilders

And when does one start this? When they reach their goal weight? What about while you want to build muscle? Very slight deficit? Surplus? The more I learn, the less I feel I know some days. 😂😂
