Just finished Slim in 6 - Ramp it up! I am exhausted. My entire body feels really weak. It is hard to stand, walk, and do anything else. I'm not cooking tonight, so I will be having my a salad from somewhere for dinner.
My appetite did return yesterday. I did have some cravings but did not give in. I am so proud of myself.
My weight remained at 197 this morning. I'm sure it will move tomorrow. Gonna go watch old episodes from Private Practice.
