Katsolo's Journal, 17 September 2019

Lagging as it's our busiest time of the year at work and I'm having trouble getting stands in, forget exercise. I'm back on track since Saturday. Worked late, walked dogs late, but at least I did it. We only did 2.5 miles, but that's 2.5 miles more than nothing. I did a horrible job cooking yesterday, mostly grazing on stuff I had in the house. Logged retroactively. Will try and be more mindful of that.

Head down, blinders on to the finish line!

Edit to update 3 rings closed: 41 excluding the two days I was so sick. 4 to go and then I guess we go for 50, 75 and then 100. I need to look at what awards are out there. Oops, missed hitting 365 days moving on 8/2/19. Next one in queue is 500 move days and I've got 93 days to go on that one. Yes, I love these meaningless electronic awards. They're good measures of progress for me.
