Ok, so I really blew it today! And I've been doing so well until the last few days. Oh well, 1st fall off the wagon so far. Back on track. Still burning more than I am taking in, so that's a positive. This week has been so stressful with our business and my nephew is staying with us, so we tend to eat out a bit more just because he doesn't get to do much at his own home. But today, the buffalo shrimp quesadilla at Ruby Tuesdays... although one of my favorites... it contains the total of my caloric intake for the entire day in it!!! WOW! I knew it was bad, but I had no idea it was that bad! Good grief! So tonite for dinner will be what I had of it leftover from lunch and water. NO more calories today.
With my journaling, at least I can see what I am eating and know where I am screwing up. Knowledge is power... and now I know!
