Huge disappointment. I haven't lost any weight since I finished the 30 day method (Feb 7), but if I do the math based on my calorie deficit, I should be down 4 more lbs. I'm hoping it is salt or carbs and that I'll see a quick drop sometime in the next couple of weeks.
115.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
