I dont know how to lose belly fat. Soooo hard, wont budge!! Any advise?

That is what I have found to be the hardest part. For me ... I cut back on carbs and sugar. It helped me lose the belly fat and love handles.

Swimming has helped me a ton. 45 min 3 days a week. In a month I’ve lost over an inch.

Hi, I'm a belly fat person. My legs and arms are long and lean so I look very disproportionate in my abdomen. It's the last to come off for me. One thing I've had to realize is that the hanging skin or lower sag is expected because I'm getting older and this is just what happens when you lose the collagen and tightness, muffin tops. It isn't weight, just a normal roll. So I try and accept that first. As for the inches, it is progressing, but not as visible as the weight loss in my face, and elsewhere.
