I want to loose 10 pounds. It doesn't have to be in a month. But soon. I've done a 3 day very intense diet and lost 4 pounds. From 67kg to 65 kg. The diet kind of naturally shrunk my stomach and now I am full very fast with little food. I am just glad I cleared the 65 mark. I am fluctuating each day between 64-65 kg. So it's great so far. But I need to drop the other 5 kg before the end of the summer or at least not gain more. :D
There are a lot of interesting challenges here so I'll give a few a try.
