It just doesn't get any easier. Every morning when the alarm goes off I start thinking of a million excuses for not getting out of bed to run. Of course, before I started running I came up with a million excuses to not get out of bed and go to work. I feel better for having done it though. As for the eating... I feel like I'm hanging in there. Mostly watching the portion sizes.
