So I found that if you sit and do this whole diet thing for hours at a time on the computer, it will take your mind off food. But the downside to that is that when you finally do get up, you realize you're starving and want to grab everything in sight. So . . . I don't know what to think anymore.

I've been trying new things to see what I like, little projects like making friendship bracelets, I'm going to try to learn to knit simple things, or even sitting down and watching a movie without the snacks. I've been trying to read more, even if you may not love reading it's a great way to keep your mind off of food. Exercise helps too, obviously, but it can be hard to get motivated to do it.

I love to crochet. I actually do that while watching TV, instead of eating. I'm too lazy/tired to exercise lol :D

If your gonna sit at the computer then snack on some carrots or something so you won't be so hungry when your finished. That should do the trick!

Have some healthy snacks (granola bars, dried cranberries, carrots, etc) on hand and aim for those first. You'll satisfy your cravings without undoing your diet.
