Dude, I was not following my plan NEARLY like I intended, and I got back up to 350, including water retention, just a few days ago. Then I tried to be more conscious of calorie intake, and that actually seems to help a lot with water retention...plus, I had been stuck over 343 for a while, and I usually plateau for a few weeks, then suddenly drop more weight.
That would be today's result on the scale.
