Was te verwachten, afgelopen week was drama met eten en mn lijf moet nog schakelen naar meer koolhydraten en meer calorieën 🤔 oh well it is what it is.....
162.0 lb Lost so far: 51.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
