ok so after my first 10 pound melting off so fast i havent lost any more in over 10 days. does anyone have any advice to help me get off another 10 pounds??

hmm...are you following your Phase 1 plan closely enough? cheats can throw the body out of whack. Also maybe u can try upping ur exercise? that might kickstart your body. sounds like ur body might be in shock and is trying to hold on to what "little" fat it has left =)

I am currently reading a book entitled "Flip the Switch" by Dr. Robert Cooper, PhD. It gives you tips on how to kick start you metabolism. I believe it helped me.

You are on Phase 2 now right? You may be adding your carbs back too quickly. Add in 1 new carb for example- cereal every morning for a week. Try to observe if it makes you hungry or makes cravings come back. If no cravings arise then the next week keep having your cereal & add on 1 fruit but eat it in the afternoon. Again try to observe how this effects your body. Phase 2 is slower weight loss but it's also an opportunity to figure out which carbs cause you to gain weight and/or give cravings. Good luck & don't get discouraged.
