So, I found this website back in 2010 and it helped me to lose about 15 pounds - since then I've gone through periods of depression and have become lazier. I'm now a college student (in 2010 when I came to this site I was in the 11th grade) in my 2nd year, and I have basically been eating my stress. I'm the heaviest I've ever been - and while in large part I want this change because I want to look, plain and simple, hot, I also want to be healthy. I don't want to get winded walking up the stairs to my class on the 3rd floor anymore, I want to be able to enjoy kayaking and playing tennis again without having to struggle to keep up or get overly tired doing minimal effort. I don't want to be a size 18 - I'm 20 years old, and I can no longer shop at any of the places I used to enjoy going to from the embarrassment alone. I just can't live this way and continue to gain weight and dig myself into an even deeper hole. I don't want to be 40, 50, 60 years old, very obese, and unable to live my life the way I want to because of health issues I created for myself. I'm not sure where I'm going to start specifically, but I definitely had my last soda yesterday and I've created a now grocery list. I can do it, I hope.
