Busy month and put other things in high priority other then myself. Glad I was able to hold my weight :) Things are in a better place and gonna get back on track to achieve my goal weight of 213 by end of year
218.7 lb Lost so far: 28.3 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
