I'm really discouraged, I can't seem to eat the right kinds of foods.
Today was really bad, way too much fat. Going to Gatlinburg in the morning. Be there for a week. Worried about what I'm going to eat.
Will be eating out alot. Will try to stick close as I can to my diet.
Replaced battery in scales three days ago, now I'm weighing 10 pounds more than I was before I changed the battery. Don't really know if I'm losing or not, don't want to weigh in again until I get below 195 again.
