I need to get back on track with the 17 Day Diet in order to drop pounds before the race on 4/21. Ideally, I want to be at 170 or lower by then.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.4 lb a week
