I definitely ate more last night than I intended to, but at the same time I avoided most of the carbs (no bread or either kind of potato at dinner) and had no dessert.
115.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
