I do WW but with more lower carb foods because it helps me lose better. You can fit the plan in to your life. The most important thing with any diet is that you will have to watch what you eat for the rest of your life. So make changes you can live with the rest of your life. Don't put a time limit on loss. If you have weeks of gains or staying the same, that is normal and happens on any diet plan. Focus on lean proteins, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. I try to save some points for a treat I really want each day. If I go out to eat, I plan for it. You can do this!
