I keep joining challenges and then leaving them. I don't leave all of them, just the ones that expect me to do things that I either don't have the time to do (like record every single thing that I eat) or currently don't have the drive to do (like exercise for 30 minutes or more each day). I am just going to join challenges that help me work slowly at achieving my goals. I currently have joined a challenge to drink water everyday and one that will be starting soon to avoid chips and fries. When accomplish one, I will go on to another one that will help me establish good habits in place of the bad ones that I currently have. I really hope this works. I know that I won't see a change anytime soon in my weight, but I will be doing something even better in my mind. I will be making changes in my lifestyle that will help me for the rest of my life.
