So today was areally indulgent day... I tried beef wellington for the first time (it wasmade for me as a Vday surprise) - it was amazing! It was made different than normal, no pate, instead sauteed mushrooms and no proscuitto it was a special type italian ham that's not salty at all or greasy... it'sstill ham so it's not low fat, but compared to the other options it was a great substitution. The rest of the day had been good actually! I was really proud of myself because despite the dinner indulgence I stayed close to calorie recommendations. I had NO idea almonds had that muchfat... and I know it's a good kind of fat but I wouldn't have eaten so many had I known.
Despite all that, I feel good about today and I know tomorrow is going to balance it out!
