My weekends are week. I go down during the week and gain it back on the weekends :(
130.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1229 kcal Fat: 91.03g | Prot: 76.00g | Carb: 41.75g.   Breakfast: mim cinnamon, cheddar cheese cubes, splenda, scrambled egg, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, Lettuce. Lunch: tilapia fillet , SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE, asparagus, Lettuce. Dinner: CUCUMBER, avocado. Snacks/Other: TRIDENT SPEARMINT, cucumber, cucumber, broccoli, broccoli. more...
losing 0.2 lb a week
