Had a huge weekend with visitors. Went off my diet again, but not too much, had a few more glasses of wine then i would of normally had.Finally recieved my starter package and have been going through it and trying to decide which plan to do.I thought i may try the points plan and have started to write everything down.. Oh my god!! now i know why i put the weight on to start with.I'm a pig and didn't realise it..It will be good for me to know exactly how much i'm putting into my body.. I feel better already..
