11.2 pounds to meet my goal-I am down over 5 pounds this week after having had a very bad week last week. I stuck to my points this week and focused more on diet and less on exercise. Once I hit my goal weight, I will kick up the running and weights. Til then, I need to get to where I want to be one step at a time. Someone actually said Im starting to look "skinny"! I have never been skinny. EVER. Weight Watchers is my small group counseling. I cant help but look forward to the meetings because they help to motivate me to keep going. In a few weeks I will hit my goal and not have to pay anymore!!! YEAH! :-)
