Started out on LCHF Keto diet today. I’m recently retired and have been going to Planet Fitness 3-4 days per week. Nothing crazy, mostly cardio and light resistance training. We’ll see how this goes. Hoping the combination of diet and exercise at the same time provides results. Not in any hurry. Slow and steady.
