Weight steady. Worked out in the morning, but it was shorter than usual (30 mins treadmill), as I had an early meeting that I needed to get ready for. Thought I'd make it up by going for a walk/working out w/ a dvd later, but that didn't happen.
Food has been at-points, but I'm afraid, the selection is a little questionable (Too much dependency and cravings for "Planters NUTrition--Digestive health mix" containing pistachios, almonds, granola, dried cranberries and cherris...be careful of this stuff, coz it's addictive! All day long, on and off, I've been munching on it (each serving is 3 pts, with 8g of fat and 3g of fiber). So, this calls my "control" into question! Well, at least I didn't go over the points.
Total meals and points: Breakfast: Fiber one cereal and light soy milk (1.5) rice cake (1) snacks: the above-mentioned mixed nuts--3 servings (9) watermelon 1 slice (0.5)
Lunch: Eggplant chips made with a little bit oil, part-skim mozzarella, parmesan sprinkling, italian seasoning and garlic (4)[This seemed too rich too, made me all full and sluggish!]
Lettuce wraps with veggie soy mix and sauteed peppers and garlic (2)
Dinner: [kept it light] Spinach salad with 2 tomatoes, and 1 orange, some olive oil, and reduced fat feta [4]
post-dinner: 1 more serving of the mixed nuts from above [3]
Feeling too full!! Don't know if it's coz of the big salad or being O.D'ed on the excess fat content through the 6 servings of fat through the nuts and oil!! Gotta go all proteins and fibers tomorrow, and minimal fats.
Total points: 25
Late night update: The fat-demon must have hit me today, coz for some reason I've just had a whole bunch of salty peanuts past midnight!!!! So many things wrong with that: 1) late night eating, 2) loaded in fat, 3)loaded in salt, so will see a gain for sure tomorrow, and 4)being out-of-control, and not vigilant, conscious and all that good stuff about mindful eating! (at least 4 additional points now, so today's a HIGH POINTS' DAY now!!). Am trying to redeem this by drinking more water, and will need to workout more tomorrow.
