Last week I was pretty bad at following my weight watchers. I cracked and had pizza and wine. We had guest over so its soooo hard to not eat and drink when they are! Other than that, I managed to finish week 7 of couch to 5km!! Im running 25mins straight now and it feels great. I also joined a moms fitness class which is an hour.
I hope this weight starts coming off! I keep telling myself to try and focus on getting stronger and running longer. But its so hard when I get on that scale :(
Anyway a new week and hopefully I can manage my food intake... No splurging, or not as much:p
