*sigh* Been doing south beach now for over a year. Lost 54 lbs in total. Gained 10 back when I started to slack. I've decided to go back to phase 1 to try and lose those 10 again. Been doing it now for a week and I've lost 1 measly pound. Why is it harder to lose this time? I find being on phase one way easier this time.. no huge carb cravings. Maybe my body isn't so addicted as I thought?

I've done South Beach several times now (keep slacking after I lose the weight...) I lost 15 lbs on Phase 1 the first time I did it, but I haven't lost that much since.
