This was a horrible day food wise! I need to stop buying PB cause I can't stop eating it once I start. Going through a jar a week is not a good thing. Super upset with myself for this slip up! I just get so hungry after I work with my trainer though. I need to find something different to do other than coming home after I work out. My house is almost like a trigger for binging. I will have to be diligent about doing better for the rest of the weekend.
