I'm noticing a trend. just wait until the inevitable "lose 50 pounds in a week" hacks come out, then get twice the weight loss with half the effort and time!

I believe that 25 pounds a month is possible. I lost 45 pounds in 3 months cutting out ciggarettes soda fast food and beer. I drink water now. I did this without running one mile or lifting one weight. Finding the right portioning and frequency is key to losing weight and making sure you have enough protein is super important to ensure that you dont lose muscle mass. i walked a couple miles a week. Oh, and I push mowed my lawn weekly. l Low impact, incredible results. There is no luck to lose weight, only lifestyle changes.

I stopped looking at these magazines ages ago. There all hype and lies. They don't cater to those who are over weight 50 to 100 lbs, it's just for someone losing 10 lbs.
