I am gaining weight I dont know why or how maybe its because I am not eating enough. I need more protein and lots of it. It seems like all of my calories are coming from carbohydrates. I need a big source of protein - maybe cottage cheese, start eating eggs in the morning. I am joining the challange of no soda for 12 weeks. This challenge hopefully will help me break this habbit. I used to drink 4 to 6 sodas a day. I feel like I have cut my eating down but for some reason the sale is going up I am not drinking soda I really hope things start to change or it will be hard for me to stay motivated
