today is july 24,2010 I have gained weight for a lot of reason, and now for a lot of reason I have to get serious! I'm up to 170 lbs. and I am just sick about it. But I refuse to let a setback get me down I am now back on track.I am back with fat secret dedicated and willing to work hard!
