Yesterday (Wednesday) went well! It's my running around day and usually I just eat at a drive through because it's easier. But today, I packed my lunch like I do for the rest of the week. Saved lots of cals by doing that! And didn't miss my lunch out. And it saves $ too! I can't stress enough how the app on my Droid has helped! Got a bit hungry later in the day, before dinner. But didn't give in! It's that time of the month, so that could be why. Doing well and have a positive outlook!
