Yesterday (Tuesday) was another good day. Keeping track of everything I eat... really helps me keep on track. I love this! The app I have on my Droid makes it all SO easy!! I have access to it at all times! Love the site too, but having the app- I can enter everything immediately! I feel very confident and happy. My mood is much better- if that's related to eating fewer calories or because I feel I am taking control and getting somewhere, or a combo of both- I am not sure, but I like it!
Great day of burning calories, busy outside at work and then an eve skating session. Had a lot of fun there. Love to skate and listen to the music. And when I weighed in this am, I found I had lost a pound! So excited! Seems the combo of exercising and counting cals is going to be the ticket. I exercise regularly, but never changed my cal intake. I never gained any weight, but didn't lose any either. But now with tracking and lowering my calorie intake, it seems to be working. Yeah!
