Wedding day is coming and the walking has unfortunately added a little to my thighs. I refuse to lose that muscle mass and I know that's what it is because my weight is stable. I was warned by a friend it could happen so I wasn't surprised and I do have a professional grade seamstress on hand to help but it's still disappointing in a way. I dropped 30 lbs last year because of that dress It's a stunning gown in Valentine's red with a train of soft white lace spilling behind me. I'm not giving up though I am going to keep trying to drop my padding and get back to a 14 dress size. I was happy and had the curves I like at a 14. I was scary looking at a size 6 and don't want that look back. Fat secret got my attention because I was curious about Applebee's restaurant menu items. We will see how this works out.
