Tried on a couple of dresses I had bought in the sales at bargain prices and was surprised to see I'm starting to fit into them really nicely. My top half seems to lose weight a lot slower than my bottom half. One of my work out days is solely dedicated to my abs - which I'm rubbish at - and another day is for arms and shoulders. Hopefully that will help. 21 days of intense exercise and watching my food and then it's dress ordering time!
187.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
