Didnt drink as much water as I should have. It's hard to stay on track when not at work and with 4 days off I really went off track. Back at it again today. working on my water intake and staying active every hour. going to have to really try harder when I'm off as I have holidays coming up and I dont want to come out of them 10 pounds heavier like every other year. Had a great lunch today, and even saved half of it for a snack later. Going to keep my portions light with tonight's dinner, some beef tournados and corn. Have a lot of house work today so going to use that as my workout for the day. Tomorrow going to aim for an hour walk with the dog, take advantage of our good weather.
