I am going on a "mini" vacation later today. My parents are coming for a visit from out of state and have rented two hotel rooms from today through Sunday. We will act like tourists in our hometown for the next five days. The kids are so excited to see Grandma and Grandpa. This means many meals out. I am going to do my best to maintain. I will continue my fast by skipping breakfast and then try to eat a reasonable lunch and dinner. My Dad and his wife are health conscious. so that should help. I will weigh-in like regular a week from tomorrow, so time will tell :-).
