This has been a tough ride. From incredible success to now with health issues getting in the way of my goals. I recommit myself today regardless of what's going on to STOP eating after 9 pm, to fully delve into my glycemic index lifestyle and write down every morsel that passes through these lips. I can't go back where I was and if the doctors can't figure out what's wrong I'm going to make 100% sure its not dirty causing my issues.
