So my weight is up three pounds but I've had a double whammy. First, I baked a big, beautiful ham a couple of days ago and have had my share of that. So, salt bloat. Secondly, I have been upping the anty on my workouts. I have been doing them each day and increasing the length and intensity of them. I have doubled my hand weights and have seen steady improvement in my level of participation and ability to perform. The husband says he can see the changes in my figure. So, I'm pretty sure some of the weight is due to muscle increase and some positive inflammation from the workouts. The good news is I'm wearing a pair of shorts that I haven't had on in a couple of years! Had to move a couple of my work pants out of the closet as they have become very baggy. The shame of it is, I just bought them about 3 months ago! I'm sticking with the keto and just trying to be patient and wait for the changes that should be coming. Keep my head in the game and keto on.
