Vickiauntmick's Journal, 18 June 2019

So last Wednesday, I'm driving to work right... Wendy's is right at the beginning of the street I work on, so Wendy and I have a good relationship most mornings. I pulled in the drive thru for a #3, and immediately thought "what the hell am I doing?". The cashiers comes on, asks what I'd like. I say a large black coffee and a cup of berries. And something just happened that day. I have lost all interest in food. I'm eating one meal a day and and not even hungry then. Did the universe just throw me a bone?

I am slowly losing the fascination,just have to act on it. Just three meals a day, one serving of each food is a big jump for me. Thanks for sharing. That's awesome! Hope it's realistic for long-term.

I KNOW!!!! I totally understand this, like who am I??? LOL 😂 I just can’t say enough good things about OMAD, I feel like I have a normal relationship with food now! I’m soooo glad to hear it’s working out for you too!! 🙌 And @jsmeemee it really is a realistic long term way of eating, that just seems to get easier. I think for smaller women especially, with pretty low overall calorie needs, it’s perfect.
