Reality hit after seeing my photo on the weekend. Oh my god, what have I done. Finally lost 36 kilo's 10 years ago and gained it all back over a period of 7 years, after giving up smoking. Lost 12 kilo's last year on Weight Watchers point system and gained it all back. Work 6 days a week, 12 hours a day in construction and am tired when I come home. Loved going to my meetings but had to stop because of work, so no support group to go to anymore. I just let myself slide into the "old ways". I hate myself, don't look in the mirror. Feel like a jojo and know I have no choice now. Cholesterol was 7.0 (also in the genes)and have to do something.For my own health and bad back and worn knees. I have set a goal again, but need support, which I don't get at home.Snap out of it woman and start!!!!!!!!!!
