Day 24. Today was weigh in day...I lost 2.5 this week YAY! I feel good losing weight and trying to get over the fact that is is slow..lol..I know we all want instant gratification -> but it is not going to happen!

My calories have been reduced significantly since I started....It is hard to get use to...but I am...I know I will adjust! It is up to me to make this happen!

Focusing on today...
