Broke my promise and weighed myself this morning.I don't know how but i lost a kilo.probably just fluid, but i'll take anything i can get.Finished with coffee and onto chai tea(black).My husband has totally embraced our new diet and even got up an hour earlier to exercise.I haven't received my diet books from WW yet so I really don't know if i'm eating properly or not.Any quick tips would be greatly appreciated.At the moment we are having homemade muesli for breakfast with 1 cup of chai.fruit for a snack, then ham and salad on rye for lunch with a small hanfull of walnuts,chai..tub of fat free yoghurt for arvo snack then fish or steak and salad for dinner..
