I’ve been up a lot higher since the last weigh in - as much as 139. Cycling everyday this week and avoiding carbs to kickstart final 4 weeks.
135.4 lb Lost so far: 25.9 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
