I feel blah and I think i'm pms-ing :( extra weight go away!
135.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you can drink a cup of chicken beef or veggie broth, with sodium, may make you feel better. Make sure you are getting your 12-15 net carbs from veggies too ;)
