I'm loving this Fatsecret site and using the Calorie Counter app on my Droid. I used the bar scanner to enter my breakfast items, and it was so easy - Even a Caveman could do!!!!! Did I say that? Well, yes I did :)

I'm planning on using my treadmill today and will use the Cardio Tracker App.

Happy Weekend to everyone and especially to my Buddies :)
